The agreement
These terms govern the paid Nelvo service. The customer is the clinic that contracts with R1 Tech sp. z o.o. · KRS 0001222088 · NIP 9452324941 · REGON 543913131 · ul. Józefa Chełmońskiego 142/8, 31-348 Kraków, Poland. By creating an account or using Nelvo you agree to them. They replace any evaluation terms that may have shipped with the underlying software platform.
What Nelvo is
Nelvo is a practice-management service for private clinics: diary and online booking, consultation transcription, drafts of the clinical note, GP letter and patient summary, invoices, a patient portal, intake forms, and the related tools described on the website. Electronic insurer clearing (Healthcode) is not included. Video calls are not hosted in Nelvo; a visit may carry a link to a room you configure.
Who the customer is
The customer is the clinic. Patients of the clinic are not customers of Nelvo. Clinic staff use Nelvo as the clinic's authorised users. The clinic is responsible for its users, for the accuracy of records it keeps, and for obtaining the patient consents the law requires.
Fees
Subscription prices are as quoted: Solo £179 a month or £1,790 a year; Practice £249 per clinician a month or £2,490 per clinician a year. AI is unlimited on every plan, with no usage meter. VAT is added where it applies. You may stop a monthly plan at the end of any month. Annual plans cover twelve months for the price of ten. Patient card payments, if used, go through the clinic's own Stripe account; Nelvo does not take those funds.
Patient data
For patient records the clinic is the controller and Nelvo is the processor, under a data processing agreement. Nelvo processes that data only on the clinic's instructions. The privacy notice at /privacy explains how we handle website, demo and account data. Do not put real patient data into a demonstration environment.
AI drafts and clinical responsibility
Transcription and AI drafts of notes, letters, summaries and codes are suggestions for a clinician to edit and approve. Nothing is a clinical record until a clinician accepts it. Nelvo does not suggest diagnoses or treatments. The clinician remains responsible for every note, letter, summary, code, prescription and claim.
Acceptable use
You must not use Nelvo unlawfully, attempt to access another clinic's data, interfere with security or tenancy isolation, resell the service, or rely on it for emergency care. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or to protect the service.
Liability
Nelvo is a tool for the clinic. We do not practise medicine. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for clinical decisions, for data the clinic enters, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
